Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing or using Pilot, you agree to these Terms of Use and Pilot's Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use Pilot. Pilot may ask you to accept updated terms or policies when changes are material.
Eligibility
Pilot is intended for users aged 16 and older.
You may use Pilot only if you can legally accept these Terms and create or use the required account through the available sign-in providers.
Pilot Service
Pilot helps you track, organize, plan, and engage with your TV viewing experience. Pilot may also provide related personalization, community, game, customization, backup, import, export, and subscription functionality.
Pilot does not provide or stream TV shows, does not sell access to TV content, and does not guarantee that a show is available on any streaming service.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your Pilot account and for keeping your device, sign-in provider account, app-store account, and Pilot session secure.
Account and public identity information you choose or create must be accurate enough for lawful use and must not impersonate others, mislead users, or violate these Terms.
User Content And Public Activity
You keep your rights to the information and content you add to Pilot, including your private TV archive, imported information, exported information, ratings, and profile information.
When you publish a public rating or use public profile features, you allow Pilot to display that public information to other signed-in users and to use it to operate community rating features.
Pilot may remove, hide, reject, or limit public names, ratings, or related public activity when reasonably necessary to operate Pilot, protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
Pilot Plus And Subscriptions
Pilot Plus offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Both plans unlock the same Pilot Plus features. The monthly plan is billed monthly; the annual plan is billed once per year. Available features, offers and pricing may change over time.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable app-store subscription settings. The localized price, billing period and applicable payment and renewal terms are shown before purchase. RevenueCat manages subscription access; billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds follow the applicable app store's terms.
You can restore purchases where supported. Deleting your Pilot account or deleting the app does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.
Credits And Rewards
Pilot may provide virtual Credits, achievements, or cosmetic rewards through app activity.
Credits and rewards are in-app functionality only. They are not cash, are not stored value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for money. Pilot may change their availability, rules, or presentation over time.
Third-Party Services And Metadata
Pilot uses third-party services for functions such as authentication, cloud features, subscriptions, TV metadata, notifications, document handling, PDF generation, sharing, and platform capabilities.
Pilot uses TVMaze and other third-party or platform sources for TV-related metadata and artwork. Such metadata may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to third-party rights and terms.
Pilot does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent practices, availability, content, or policies.
Intellectual Property
Pilot and its operator retain all rights in the Pilot app, name, branding, design, software, compiled assets, and non-user content, except where third-party content belongs to its respective owners.
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, or misuse Pilot or third-party metadata, artwork, or content except as permitted by law, these Terms, or the applicable third-party terms.
Acceptable Use
You must not use Pilot to break the law, violate another person's rights, harass or abuse others, impersonate someone, submit misleading public information, interfere with Pilot, attempt unauthorized access, bypass restrictions, or misuse third-party services through Pilot.
You are responsible for the information you add, import, publish, export, or share through Pilot.
Service Availability And Changes
Pilot is provided according to availability. Features may change, be limited, be suspended, or be discontinued for product, security, legal, operational, or third-party-service reasons.
Pilot does not promise that cloud features, metadata, notifications, purchases, restore functionality, or other network or platform features will always be available, current, accurate, or error-free.
Account Deletion And Termination
You can request account deletion from within Pilot. Confirmed server deletion removes the Pilot account and its linked data from the active Supabase database, including Cloud Protection snapshots, public profile and ratings, reports and blocks. Pilot then attempts to cancel scheduled local Pilot notifications, remove that account's local data on the device used for deletion, and clear its local session. Device cleanup can fail separately; follow any recovery message or contact support if it does. Pilot cannot directly erase local copies on other devices.
Pilot may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Pilot, users, third-party services, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
Some information may remain with third parties, destination apps, device backups, system backups, or app stores under their own policies or legal obligations. Account deletion does not cancel an app-store subscription.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pilot is provided as available and without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it, keeping any independent copies you need, and managing your own access to your device, sign-in provider, app-store account, and subscription settings.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pilot and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or use, arising from or related to your use of Pilot.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights where applicable law does not allow that exclusion or limitation.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
Changes To These Terms
Pilot may update these Terms when the app, service providers, business practices, or legal requirements change.
If a change is material, Pilot may ask you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the app.
